Then, perhaps take a stroll among the coffee shops and historic boutiques in Gastown, hike the city's rainforest trails or bike around the seawall. This afternoon, walk to the port in central Vancouver to board the ship, Regent's luxurious Seven Seas Mariner. Settle in to your stylish suite before indulging with a pre-dinner cocktail on the pool deck – one of the world's largest on a cruise ship – before the first of your included, three-course gourmet dinners in one of the many dining venues, from fine-dining French brasserie Chartreuse to the ambient Prime 7 steakhouse.
