Perfectly positioned to offer guests private views of the picture perfect sunrise and sunset over Uluru (Ayers Rock), Longitude 131º offers an exclusive and luxurious opportunity to experience this iconic and uniquely Australian destination. And, with just 15 tents in total you’ll only have to share this amazing experience with just a few others.

Accommodation

Each individual tent has been designed enhance your experience offering total privacy and relaxing seclusion. From the fabric draped white tent ceiling, to the electrically controlled bedside blind switch (allowing you to spectacular sunrise views without leaving your bed). You’ll also find all of the usual 5 star luxuries from hairdryers and bathrobes to coffee machines and ironing boards. No televisions though, these have been replaced with a Bose sound system including CD player and docking station, to allow guests to soak in the beauty of their natural surroundings.

All rooms have also been equipped with a dual cooling/heating system to allow you personal control of your in-room climate year round.

Dining

Dining at Longitude is an inclusive affair, offering sumptuous contemporary Australian cuisine throughout. Breakfast is an a la carte selection of cooked delights as well as cereals and fresh juices. A gourmet lunch is serviced with drinks included from 12-3pm daily.

At Longitude evening dining is more than just a meal, it’s an experience that you’ll not want to miss. Dining out under the glittering star filled desert night sky at Table 131° you’ll be treated to a spectacular three-course dinner, accompanied with the finest Australian wines. This is, without doubt, the perfect way to wind down to a wonderful day of discovery.

Facilities

An exceptional touring program has been designed exclusively for Longitude 131 guests and is included in your luxury wilderness experience. Taking the road less travelled, you’ll share exclusive and authentic experiences with only a few others. Meanwhile, the indulgent Red Ochre Spa, located in the Sails in the Desert Hotel at the nearby Ayers Rock Resort offers the chance to relax and unwind in a spectacular outback setting (return transfers provided).
