Le Lagoto Resort, Samoa

Le Lagoto Resort is the perfect romantic Samoan escape on Savaii Island, with stylish bungalows on the beachfront, an infinity edge pool and poolside bar from which to view the most spectacular sunsets in Samoa, an elegant open air dining fale and to top it all off, it is set on a white sandy beach. After a complete rebuild in 2006, the resort retains some old features (such as the classic beach house and same beautiful beach) along with new bungalows and restaurant and bar.

The boutique resort has an intimate feel about it with just ten bungalows set closely on the beachfront. The bungalows have a distinct Pacific Island feel. Classic white materials offset against the deep brown polished timber and cool tiled floors give the feeling of luxury and quality. Rooms are air-conditioned but you may just prefer to leave the French doors open, relax in your hammock on the deck and let the tropical breeze waft through.

Le Lagoto is within close vicinity to many attractions on the North Coast, so you can easily explore wider Savaii, alternatively diving expeditions depart from the bay in front of the resort.
