MS Caledonian Sky returns to Europe

A brand-new addition to the APT Travelmarvel fleet for summer 2025, MS Caledonian Sky is set for a much anticipated return to European waters with a series of boutique, small-ship cruises taking in some of the continent’s most captivating coastal destinations.

A boutique, small-ship experience

Accommodating an average of just 100 passengers, MS Caledonian Sky offers space and comfort aplenty, alongside intimate and personalised service courtesy of 70 crew members and unique insider experiences on each voyage. Thanks to its compact size, it’s also able to access docks right in the centre of major towns and cities such as Porto, Valletta and Mykonos, as well as lesser-known delights that are out of reach for larger ships. And, as the process of embarking and disembarking is considerably faster when you arrive at a new port compared to larger vessels, you’ll have more time to spend exploring each destination.

Stylish and spacious suites

MS Caledonian Sky offers 57 spacious, elegantly furnished suites across four decks, ranging between standard, superior, premium, deluxe and Owner’s Corner categories, just under half of which feature private balconies. Each one comes with a mini fridge, individual climate control, a sitting area and a flat-screen television, as well as an en-suite bathroom. All of them have sea views, too, so you’ll be able to take in the ever-shifting scenery from the comfort and privacy of your own accommodation as well as from the stylish communal spaces.

Superb on-board dining

All APT Travelmarvel cruises on MS Caledonian Sky include full-board dining, with delicious dishes selected to showcase the local cuisine of each destination, whether it be Greek, Turkish, Italian or Croatian specialities. As well as the indoor restaurant, you’ll also have the option to dine al fresco on the panoramic Sun Deck, accompanied by gorgeous views in every direction. Complimentary beverages are also served with lunch and dinner, including regional beer, wine and soft drinks, along with tea, coffee and water throughout the voyage.  

Immersive Mediterranean journeys

The new voyages on MS Caledonian Sky cover a diverse spectrum of Europe’s coastal delights, with a perfect balance of nature and culture on routes predominantly focused around the Mediterranean, including departures from Athens, Venice, Barcelona and Valletta.
