Accommodation

The Homestead

This two-storey farmer’s house has five en suite bedrooms and accommodates up to 12 guests. Built in 1880, it’s been fully refurbished to provide the ultimate in luxury living with an infinity swimming pool, spa pool and tennis court and a private gym.

Scrubby Bay

Made of glass, stone and cedarwood and set in a spectacular private bay, this modern marvel offers four bedrooms, all with en suites, accommodating up to 14 guests (the ‘bunk room’ sleeps up to eight people). It’s the perfect place for families and groups of friends, with spacious living areas and a private swimming pool. Transfers to Scrubby Bay are by helicopter or 4WD.

Seascape

The ultimate romantic escape, this exquisite villa sleeps just two and features heated floors, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and a stunning outdoor spa. The crowning glory of this 'sparkling jewel in Annandale’s crown' is the glass façade, which affords magnificent views over your own private bay.

Shepherds Cottage

Modest in comparison to its neighbours, this traditional cottage is set high on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Kaikoura Ranges; a romantic guesthouse with one bedroom and one bathroom, an outside bathtub, a huge lounge with sheepskin rugs and a cosy fireplace. It's all framed by a large terrace and delightful gardens.

Dining

First class food is at the heart of the Annandale experience with private chef-made meals delivered directly to your villa. Each meal, whether its created in your villa by a private chef or delivered to your door for you to add the final touches yourself, is a showcase for the finest in farm-to-table dining with delicious, fresh and seasonal produce sourced directly from the surrounding farmlands.
