Location

For a break from self-catering, Fraser Suites’ Heirloom Restaurant serves seasonal, organic produce in menus that have been designed by celebrity chef Pete Evans. Western Australian suppliers include Dandaragan beef from Margaret River and Mt Barker free-range chicken as the restaurant serves thoughtfully crafted, healthy dishes. For breakfast, expect a continental buffet rounded off with an a la carte menu. Lunch and dinner are more gourmet affairs with dishes such as house cured and smoked salmon and confit duck leg accompanied with a spiced pumpkin puree.

If you can tear yourself away from your apartment’s view and Perth’s attractions, there’s plenty to keep you occupied at the hotel.
