Location

Jutting 300 metres out into the Waitemata Harbour at the tip of the Princes Wharf complex, Hilton’s Auckland offering commands stunning waterfront views in a city centre location. Dining

The hotel’s signature FISH restaurant serves only the finest seafood, inspired by the creativity of chef Fraser Shenton and New Zealand favourite Gareth Stewart. It’s all dished up to what are billed as ‘arguably the best harbour views in town’ while warm timber tones and an outdoor deck – complete with fireplace – make for an atmospheric dining environment. Whether it’s freshly opened oysters, Argentinian red shrimp or wagyu beef, you can expect to be impressed by both organic ingredients and impeccable service.

Facilities

One of the Hilton Auckland’s unique features is its heated lap pool. Perhaps taking note from the hotel’s jutting setting, it extends out over the side of the hotel for underwater views over the city harbour.
