Location
Noosa is situated in the northern extremes of the Sunshine Coast and is home to excellent surf, scuba diving, kite surfing, fishing and boating opportunities. Peppers is located on the borders of Noosa National Park while staying within striking distance of the township. This means easy access to both walking tracks and quiet beaches but also into Hastings Street. Here you’ll find world-class shops, restaurants and the more popular Main Beach.
Accommodation
The resort’s first-class accommodation blends convenience with designer features. Stylish furnishing and whitewashed walls rub shoulders with fully-equipped kitchens and laundry rooms. Each resort room also comes with a private balcony to make the most of the Queensland sun. Sizing ranges from studio rooms up to three bedroom penthouses. Alternatively, for complete seclusion, book into one of the villas, which accommodate from 5–9 people.
Dining
Dine inside or out at View on Little Hastings. Situated above the resort, the restaurant looks out across Laguna Bay. A menu designed by classically trained Executive Chef Michael Jenkins features starters such as chilled mud crab with crisp fried pork belly and pan-seared cuttlefish. Main courses include Szechuan-spiced duck breast and pan-friend sage and parmesan gnocchi. Round off the evening with a post-dinner cocktail in the adjoining Terrace Lounge.
Facilities
Peppers matches its excellent accommodation with first-class facilities. There’s both a heated lagoon pool and lap pool, a seasonal pool bar, gymnasium complete with steam room, a theatrette and a games room to mention but a few. However, the resort’s standout feature has to be its day spa. Known for its anti-aging treatments, Stephanie’s Ocean Spa has 11 deluxe spa treatment rooms, including a specialised private Geisha bathing suite.
Outside the resort, there’s a variety of tours on offer. Head into the hinterlands on a four wheel drive expedition or take to the waters on a river cruise to the Noosa Everglades.
