Executive Chef Joel Grudnoff and his team create daily masterpieces from a smorgasbord of regional produce from baking, brewing, foraging, fermenting to pickling, maturing and preserving; you name it the kitchen crew do it! Booking a table well in advance is a must. For more casual dining, opt for Contour, which offers Australian pub-inspired classics and favourites.
