When to visit Malawi

The best time to visit Malawi is during the dry season (May to mid-November). Within this period, the landscapes are at their most green and lush between May and July, with almost constant sunshine and fresh evenings remaining until September. Temperatures begin to rise after this, a theme that continues throughout the wet season from November to May, when heavy rains and dramatic storms are common, although Nyika National Park is at its most beautiful.
