Location
This heritage hotel is housed within an 18th-century palace in the village of Delwara, near the ever-romantic city of Udaipur. It was the royal residence of the rulers of Delwara principality from the middle of the 18th century until the mid-20th century. It's a stunning hill-top palace, which has been fantastically restored.
Accommodation
There are four types of room at the heritage hotel. Garden Suites have their own private lobby, garden and tented terrace. Palace Suites are over 721 square feet, and have balconies and bay windows that overlook the village and mountains. Take a Aravali Suite or Garh Suite for luxurious, light and airy accommodation equipped with a minibar, pillow menu and TV with DVD player.
Dining
The culinary arts are integral to your experience. There are three restaurants: the Chakra Bar, the Toran and the Vajra. Visit the Toran Restaurant for traditional Indian cuisine, or the Vajra for unique Asian and continental recipes.
