About
Hidden in a secluded grove of elephant pepper trees, the camp has no permanent foundations and if removed would leave no mark on the landscape on which it stands. There's also no generator here to spoil the magical sounds of the Masai Mara as the whole camp is run on solar power, making this a relaxing, peaceful and truly sustainable safari retreat.
Elephant Pepper Camp, in Kenya's protected Mara North Conservancy, is surrounded by 3,600 square kilometres of untouched wilderness.

The camp's eight traditional style tents, including one honeymoon suite, are spacious and extremely comfortable with en-suite bathrooms featuring safari-style showers and eco-flush toilets.
Activities at Elephant Pepper centre on the lodge's game drives, which take place in both the morning and evening before dinner. There is an incredible array of wildlife here, as you'd expect from a camp in the Masai Mara. Expect to see anything from lion, leopard and cheetah to giraffe, elephant, wildebeest and zebra plus everything else in between. Guests can also enjoy guided bush walks, bush breakfasts, romantic sundowners and fascinating cultural visits to local Masai villages.
We like: the sustainable, eco-friendly camp and abundance of wildlife
