Location
This stylish and modern boutique hotel is right in the heart of downtown Boston, just across from Boston Common, America’s oldest park. The hotel sits on Boston’s famous Freedom Trail, a three-mile self-guided walk that follows signposted, red-striped waymarks to 18 Revolutionary War-era landmarks, including monuments, churches, graveyards, old battle ships, markets and the Old State House, Boston’s oldest public building (1713) and the former British government headquarters in the colonies.
Accommodation
An ambience of relaxed refinement permeates the rooms at the Hotel AKA Boston Common, where where plush leather bed frames, Eames lounge chairs, re-imagined workspaces and artfully curated accents create the perfect environment for a luxurious and restful stay. The Skyline View rooms offer superb views looking out across the city, the Charles River and Boston Common, while the individually-stylised speciality suites offer extra space, including separate living and dining areas.
Dining
You’ll find a wealth of great restaurants in downtown Boston, all within easy reach of the hotel. To warm up, head down to the plush, vintage-style Better Sorts Social Club for innovative, handcrafted cocktails in smart and sophisticated surroundings. A variety of gourmet bites and enticing small plates are also served here, along with a bountiful breakfast spread in the mornings.
Facilities
While staying at the Hotel AKA Boston Common, you'll have 24-hour access to a state-of-the-art fitness centre with all the latest equipment, as well as yoga mats. The hotel also offers extensive meeting and events spaces, as well as a spacious lobby lounge area in addition to the Better Sorts Social Club. The concierge team know America’s most historic city inside out and will be only too happy to offer tips and suggestions for how to get the best out of Boston.
