Location

Nashville – the undisputed home of country music – has attracted music lovers to its honky-tonk bars and live venues since the early 20th century. The Hutton’s 1808 Grille blends traditional Southern cuisine with international flavours as executive chef Jake Strang’s farm-to-table philosophy is realised with fresh, organic ingredients. Brunches include smoked salmon served on bagels, biscuits and gravy and chicken sausage hash while dinners are more gourmet affairs with dishes such as eggplant rollatini and sous vide duck breast. Designed to reflect the restaurant’s values, its interior features natural colours and reclaimed wood making for a relaxed atmosphere.

Facilities

For those wanting a lighter morning snack, the Java Bar, located in the hotel lobby serves a selection of fresh fruit pastries, sandwiches and, as it name suggests, freshly brewed coffee. In the evening, the hotel bar has a robust selection of wines as well as a selection of spirits and premium beers. Taking you to the city’s sights – within a three-mile radius – there’s a courtesy eco-friendly hybrid vehicle while, back at the hotel, there’s a fully equipped gym with state of the art cardio and resistance equipment.
