Location

Dallas is the city most people call to mind when they think of Texas, despite it being neither the capital, not the largest city. CBD Provisions is an acclaimed modern Texas brasserie, supplying contemporary dishes created from sustainably sourced local produce – the Berkshire pig head carnitas and pimento cheese toast have become cult classics among locals. The menu at Americano is comprised of modern takes on Italian classics served in a relaxed street-side setting while the baristas in the lobby coffee shop, Weekend, keep the caffeine pumping complimented by biscuits “worth getting out of bed for”. Dainty afternoon teas are served every Saturday in the Taschen Library, while your cocktail cravings are expertly catered for at the glamorous Midnight Rambler or Lobby Bar.
