Singapore
Arrive in Singapore where you’ll be met and transferred to your city centre hotel where you’ll have the rest of the day to relax. You’ll then enjoy two days of included touring, exploring first on an introductory city tour with included lunch at a China Town restaurant. Other highlights include a sightseeing cruise along the Singapore River, followed by a tour of Arab Street and Little India, where gold-domed mosques and incense-filled temples frame colourful shops and bustling market stalls. The next day, you’ll visit Gardens by the Bay – a collection of botanical gardens and futuristic biodomes, which mark Singapore out as one of the world’s greenest cities. Lastly, after a trip to the SkyPark Observation Deck at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, you’ll warp things up with a dinner at the excellent Grand Shanghai. Dinner is included on day 4 only.

Depart Singapore / at sea
After a final day to relax and explore Singapore at your own pace, you’ll transfer to the port to board your luxury ship. Arrive in Koh Samui and spend a rewarding day exploring this beautiful island. You might choose to join a sightseeing tour, taking in small towns and atmospheric temples between stops along the coast. Otherwise, take the chance to explore coral reefs on a snorkeling trip, or join a local chef for a cooking class – the perfect introduction to the complexities of Thai cuisine. Lastly, if the beach beckons, enjoy a day of pure relaxation, relaxing on golden sands, taking dips in the warm sea and topping up your tan.

Bangkok
With an overnight stop scheduled in the port city of Laem Chabang, you’ll have two days to explore the myriad delights of Thailand’s pulsating capital, just a short transfer away. Perhaps you’ll take in its gilded temples, grand palaces and floating markets on a city tour, or get a different slant on Thailand’s history with a trip to its ancient capital, Ayutthaya. Further highlights range from a visit to a sea turtle conservation project or elephant sanctuary to an in-depth exploration of Bangkok’s canals and royal barges.

Having left Thailand behind, you’ll arrive today in Sihanoukville – a bustling city on the beautiful Gulf of Thailand. Or, head by boat to Ream National Park, where mangrove kayak trips and wildlife cruises bring you close to the region’s stunning natural world.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Another overnight stay affords you two days to take in the highlights of Ho Chi Minh City, formerly Saigon. A tour of the city itself will introduce you to its food markets and 19th-century Notre Dame Cathedral, a remnant of the colonial French rule. Alternatively, head out into the countryside to explore the Cu Chi Tunnels, fighting tunnels used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War, or the Mekong Delta – an atmospheric region of winding waterways and paddy fields known as Vietnam’s rice bowl. Then, with an evening in the city at your disposal, why not take in a dinner accompanied by a folkloric performance of traditional song and dance?
