As well as having been involved with wildlife conservation and the wine industry, Adam has more than 15 years’ experience in travel. Having spent over two years backpacking around the world, he now tends to holiday closer to home with his family, indulging his love of good food and wine among Europe’s famous, and more hidden, gastronomic hotspots. A lover of the great outdoors, Adam's favourite destinations include Western Australia for its spectacular snorkelling, Norway for its dramatic landscapes, Southeast Asia for its warm hospitality, northern Spain for its culinary delights, and anywhere on Earth that you will find a vineyard.
