George Clissold

Born with a passion for travel, George had already planned his first adventure before even starting university. Making his way across Europe, Asia, Australasia and North America, this first foray into worldwide travel only fuelled his enthusiasm for exploring different cultures and trying unique and wonderful things. He has since extensively explored the USA and Canada, taking in a wide variety of states and provinces, particularly falling in love with lush greenery of Vermont. George is also something of a ‘foodie’ and has taken it upon himself to indulge in many of the world’s varying cuisines. Indeed, from the ‘Heart Attack Grill’ in Las Vegas to traditional hot-stone cooking in Samoa, there isn’t much that George hasn’t tried. George’s obsession with the obscure has also taken him to some of the Earth’s most off-the-beaten-track locations. Hiking around an active volcano in Vanuatu and having dinner with the president of Kiribati are just a two of his myriad highlights.
