Dariia Pasikova

Dariia’s love of travel can be traced back to her roots in Ukraine, where she has spent time hiking the Carpathian Mountains. But, holidaying from a young age, summer trips also took her everywhere from Spain to Montenegro, with the latter a firm favourite. Subsequently, there aren’t too many places in Europe that she hasn’t visited. Further afield, her most memorable trip was a four-month journey covering eight states on the east and west coasts of the USA. Here she sampled street food in New York, took in jaw-dropping views in the Grand Canyon, and experienced spectacular Niagara Falls in full flow. But as a keen foodie, many of Dariia's favourite travel experiences involve the region's unique gastronomies. Ask about her favourite oyster farm in Croatia, the national dish of Montenegro or the intricacies of French cuisine.
