Eva Bryant

Though she's travelled the world extensively since a tender age, Eva's hunger and passion to continue to explore is as strong as ever. Indeed, her love of adventures has taken her all around Europe, with memorable trips to the likes of the Greek Islands, Malta, Italy, Turkey, Spain's Balearics and the Canary Islands. Eva cites Crete among her favourite destinations, and is captivated by the history and beauty of the likes of Spinalonga Island and the island's abundance of idyllic beaches and rugged caves. Elsewhere, she loves the culture, architecture and cuisine of Sorrento. Closer to home, the Scottish Highlands hold a special place in Eva's heart, with the snowy maintain backdrops, historic castles, fresh seafood and authentic hospitality drawing her back every winter for the past 15 years.

Away from her travels Eva enjoys experimental cooking – creating dishes with inspiration from the places she has visited – and is also an avid fan and season ticket holder of Brighton and Hove Albion, her home town football club.
