Nelson Tasman is the self-styled ‘creative arts centre of New Zealand’, home to over 300 working artists that range from painters and sculptors to glass blowers and jewellers. It’s all showcased in the superb World of WearableArt Museum, which will form the departure point for your tour of the region’s boutique art studios and galleries. With a maximum of four guests, your day will be tailored to your tastes, mixing in winery tasting visits and a gourmet lunch along the way. Throughout your drive and optional scenic walks, your guide will also keep you informed on this beautiful region’s rich history, both European and Maori.
