Location

Spectacularly positioned high in the Al Hajar mountain range, Alila Jabal Akhdar – whose name translates as ‘Green Mountain’ – enjoys an extraordinary sense of remoteness, surrounded by rugged terrain and sweeping canyon views. Sitting around 2,000 metres above sea level, the journey itself adds to the adventure, with access via mountain roads typically requiring a four-wheel drive vehicle.

Juniper, the resort’s signature restaurant, takes its name from the juniper trees native to the region and showcases locally inspired cuisine alongside international flavours.
