Accommodation
The 565 rooms and suites are furnished in contemporary style and are among the most spacious in the city. Dining
The hotel’s Altitude restaurant serves fine contemporary Australian cuisine accompanied by views across Sydney Harbour. As winner of the 2013 “Best Restaurant” award from the Tourism Accommodation Australia, the menu is based on inventive dishes that experiment with texture, temperature and taste. All-day dining is also available at Café Mix. Its new a la carte menu features both traditional home comforts and modern updates on Asian classics. A real highlight is the full buffet with the restaurant’s fantastic dessert station and chocolate fountain.
Facilities
Among a gym, an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck and a bar, the hotel has an outstanding spa, which brings Australian healing techniques to the hotel’s brand of Asian-influenced treatments. The 24-hour gym comes fully equipped with a variety of cardio machines and weights. Upstairs, the Blu Bar is well located on the 36th floor with floor-to-ceiling views ranging from Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera house and out across Darling Harbour. It’s set up as an exclusive cocktail lounge where guests can enjoy a fine selection of wines, champagnes, cocktails and liqueurs.
