Location

The Louise offers 15 homely, contemporary guest suites designed as private and intimate retreats set around a private piazza. Enjoy private terraces, gas fireplaces and glorious vineyard views – all suites have king size beds, luxury linens, flat screen TVs, BOSE iPod docking stations, mini bars, bathrooms with both indoor and outdoor rainfall showers and spa tubs with room for two.
Dining
The Louise makes no bones about the fact that the dining here is superb and Appellation is regarded as one of the finest dining establishments in the whole of the country. Executive Chef Joel Grudnoff and his team create daily masterpieces from a smorgasbord of regional produce from baking, brewing, foraging, fermenting to pickling, maturing and preserving; you name it the kitchen crew do it! Booking a table well in advance is a must. For more casual dining, opt for Contour, which offers Australian pub-inspired classics and favourites.
Facilities
In addition to its premium Barossa Valley location, the Louise also offers an infinity edge lap pool, sauna, fitness centre and boutique. Breakfast with the Kangaroos is a wonderful experience, which takes place in a conservation park close to the hotel while the weekly famers’ market a great way to mingle with the locals and enjoy first hand the incredible abundance of local produce available here.
