When to visit Mozambique
The Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) currently advises against all but essential travel to Mozambique and continues to advise against all travel to parts of Mozambique.
Introduction
Mozambique’s dry season runs from June to October. This is the best time to visit, when clear skies, plenty of sunshine and relatively low humidity make ideal conditions for enjoying the country’s islands and beaches. The summer months (December to March) are marked by short tropical downpours and high humidity, which begins to subside between April and May.
