Introduction

Juneau
Juneau is the capital of Alaska and you can fully appreciate the mountains and ice fields that formed Mendenhall Glacier from the air. Once landed on the glacier try dogsledding to explore more. Juneau is part of Tongass National Forest and offers bear watching areas, fishing spots as well as plenty of hikes to keep you occupied. Ketchikan
Admire the largest collection of totem poles in the world when you port in Ketchikan. Don't leave without taking a stroll down Infamous Creek Street where you'll have a choice of galleries and bars.
Glacier Bay
Whales, sea lions, seals and eagles are just some of the wildlife on show at Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve. Experience calving glaciers, kayaking, fishing and wilderness trails. The spectacular views from above will command your attention.
Haines
Haines is a hotspot for eagle spotting and is home to the Alaska Bald Eagle Festival. Take a raft trip along Chilkat River to admire them from the valleys. You can also kayak across Chilkoot Lake and take part in nature walks or fishing trips. While in Haines the Sheldon Museum and Cultural Centre is definitely worth a visit.
