Tonight, though, you'll perhaps want to take advantage of one of the Bellagio's three Michelin-starred restaurants for dinner, from wine-matched steak to fresh seafood.

You've got a free day to explore Las Vegas today, whether you want to try your hand at gambling or relax by the hotel pool. Your hotel also invites all the excitement of the Strip inside, with a casino favoured by poker pros and everything from VIP bars to sophisticated lounges, ideal for relaxing with a cocktail. We’ve also included a foodie tour this evening with four stops that’ll see you enjoy personalised menus with sommelier-matched drinks, enjoying 12 courses in total. Each signature dish is explained by a tour guide as you visit four of Vegas’ best restaurants, hearing stories and facts about Las Vegas and its history along the way.

The next two days will see you enjoy two of the trip highlights, the first being a helicopter tour over the city and its surrounds. After departing on the Las Vegas Strip, you'll fly above the iconic Hoover Dam’s sweeping arch, taking in spectacular views of Lake Mead and the arid plains of the Mojave Desert. It all culminates at that icon that is the Grand Canyon. Flying miles into its concave centre, you’ll descend and land 3,500 feet below the rim where you'll enjoy champagne and snacks above the Colorado River. Flying back right through the canyon, you'll witness the red rock of the Bowl of Fire before flying over downtown Vegas and the Strip, toasting your adventure with drinks and dinner at more top-class restaurants and world-famous casinos. 

After perhaps spending the day shopping in the famous open mall of Fremont Street or simply enjoying drinks round the pool, day four will see you enjoy another trip highlight. We've included tickets to the iconic “O” by Cirque du Soleil show at the Bellagio this evening, where water and fire combine in a truly spectacular theatrical production that's renowned world-over. If you'd prefer, there are also other shows on offer, from classic theatrical productions to Beatles-themed extravaganzas.

After breakfast, enjoy a private transfer to the airport for your overnight flight home. Or, if you’ve got more time, we suggest driving down to the beaches of Santa Monica and San Diego or the canyons and national parks of Bryce and Zion.
