You'll spend a further four nights here, staying in the lap of luxury, just seconds from the falls themselves. Rio de Janeiro
Arrive in Rio de Janeiro and transfer to the luxurious Belmond Copacabana Palace, located on iconic Copacabana Beach. Spend the following three days exploring this remarkable city, including a ride in a cable car to the summit of Sugar Loaf Mountain and a journey through the rainforests of the Tijuca National Park to the summit of Corcovado and the statue of Christ the Redeemer. Other highlights include the lively district of Lapa, renowned for its samba bars and exciting nightlife; beautiful Ipanema Beach; and the historic neighbourhood of Santa Teresa, home to bohemian cafes, a wonderful weekend market and a flourishing art scene.

Iguaçu Falls
Transfer to Rio's domestic airport and board a flight to Iguaçu Falls in the beautiful state of Paraná, next to the border with neighbouring Argentina. On arrival you'll be met and transferred to the Belmond Hotel das Cataratas where you'll spend the next three nights.
Spend the following two days exploring the Brazilian and Argentinian sides of the falls, including a Macuco Safari, an exciting adventure that begins deep inside the rainforest and ends under the falls themselves, with spectacular views of the Three Musketeers and the Devil's Throat.
