Scratch beneath the surface and you'll discover a city brimming with superb restaurants, quirky beachside suburbs, bustling markets, fashionable nightspots and stylish boutiques. Relax on golden sand beaches or head beyond the city limits to the rugged landscapes of the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains and the world-class vineyards of the Hunter Valley.

Or, head into the wilderness to learn about the fascinating myths surrounding this sacred region. A sunset touring experience is included, where you can gaze in wonder at the changing colours as night falls over iconic Uluru. The optional Sounds of Silence dinner features a gourmet barbecue accompanied by tales of Aboriginal folklore under the stars. Alternatively, opt for a Tali Wuru dinner, an intimate, fine dining experience hosted on an isolated dune overlooking Uluru itself.
