Dining

The 19^th Century plantation house was once the centrepiece of the island sugar plantation, now it's home to the cocktail bar and Estate House Restaurant where guests can enjoy bold flavours in a magical setting of palm trees, hibiscus and wild orchids. Breakfast, lunch and more casual dinners are also served in the Verandah Restaurant or the Pool Grille.
