The hotel's rooms are airy and spacious and grouped into sets of four, each with its own entrance, affording guests a felling of total privacy during their stay. Upper floor rooms feature a veranda, dining deck and day bed, while those on the lower floor have their own private plunge pool and all have a spectacular view of the surrounding coast and beautifully landscaped gardens. Each room is designed with calming natural tones, modern furnishings and traditional touches in mind and all feature state of the art amenities, including WiFi access, flat screen television, iPod dock and electronic safe.

As well as two superb swimming pools, one with a poolside bar, Sugar Ridge also boasts a wonderful spa with four treatment rooms and easy access to Jolly Harbour Marina where guests can indulge in a number of activities including boast excursions, scuba diving and sport fishing. There's also an 18-hole golf course as well as tennis and squash courts nearby.

Sugar Ridge also has two superb dining options - Carmichael's and Sugar Club. Carmichael's offers a more formal dining experience with superb views across the resort and out to see from its wonderful cliff-top location. Sugar Club on the other hand overlooks the resort's swimming pools and offers a more casual dining option with burgers, pizzas, wraps, sushi and tapas all featuring on the enticing menu.
