Kunene

Visit Kunene

Introduction

The Kunene River forms the border between Namibia and Angola before it snakes south through the Ehomba and Zebra Mountains toward the Atlantic Ocean.

Halfway through its journey the river cascades over the Epupa Falls, a beautiful rift in the rock, studded with giant baobab trees and with plenty of bird and fish life to tempt visitors.
