Location
The hotel’s estate is surrounded on all sides by the Bouddi National Park on Bouddi Peninsula, the southernmost tip of a coastal region that’s just across the water from Sydney’s Palm Beach. Carpeted in lush, green forests and sprinkled with stunning beaches, the area is perfect for ambling walks and seaside relaxation.
Accommodation
The hotel is designed by Chrissie Jeffery, a renowned exporter of the type of elegant sophistication seen in cottages in The Hamptons. Her vision brings Ralph Lauren furnishings, luxury bathrooms and light, open spaces to the hotel’s range of suites, cottages and villas. While each vary in size and layout, all lodgings feature expansive verandahs overlooking the landscaped estate – ideal for enjoying a morning espresso and the native kookaburras.
Dining
Inspired by Bells' coastal location, its fine-dining restaurant brings an Italian influence to local produce. Dishes such as potato gnocchi with seafood ragu are garnished with herbs and vegetables from the property’s extensive kitchen gardens. Additionally, the wine to come out of the restaurant’s glass-walled, temperature-controlled wine cellar has been awarded the top “3 Glasses” award, the only regional New South Wales restaurant to receive it.
Facilities
Best known for its day spa that offers a range of facial, massage and anti-aging treatments, Bells at Killcare has a number of facilities to both relax and excite. Experience the beauty of the Bouddi National Park first hand with hikes, fishing trips, dives, scenic flights and cultural tours, or go further afield to explore Australian wine country. For a slower pace, there are complimentary yoga sessions, pristine local beaches, a pool and even a croquet pitch onsite.
