Location
A countryside hotel, perfectly located to explore all the wonders of South Iceland, Hotel Ranga is located in Hella, along the South Coast, approximately one hour drive from Reykjavik and two hours from Keflavik Airport.
Accommodation
51 luxurious and comfortable suites accommodate guests at Hotel Ranga, in a variety of Standard and Deluxe Rooms, and The Suites. Standard rooms are equipped with either queen sized or twin beds, Jacuzzis and face either the East Ranga River or the famous volcano Mt. Helka. Deluxe Rooms boast extra space, king sized and twin beds, sofa beds, indoor Jacuzzi bath tubs and face the river, the outdoor Jacuzzis or the Mt. Helka volcano.
Dining
Hotel Ranga boasts an acclaimed gourmet restaurant, overlooking one of Iceland’s finest salmon rivers, the East Ranga River. With a concept drawn from traditional farmers markets and using predominantly local ingredients with seasonal availability, the menu is inspired by modern Nordic cuisine with a Mediterranean twist.
