Ráidu encounter with reindeer
Join our Sami guide as you venture to the reindeer camp for an encounter with these wonderful animals. Enjoy a short reindeer sled ride around a track before hand feeding the reindeer calves. Enjoy a cup of steaming coffee and a taste of Suova, the Sami national dish, all included as part of the tour.

Make your own Ice sculpture
Let yourself be guided into the magical world of ice sculpting. Using traditional tools and with professional guidance from a resident artist, create a scuplture to be proud of.

Wilderness dinner
In the comfort of a mini bus we travel to a wilderness camp, located at the water's edge in the forest. We start with a warming pre-dinner drink in a tipi-style Sàmi tent and the guide tells us about the Aurora Borealis, northern lights, and the wild animals of this Arctic region. A three-course dinner is waiting for us around the sparkling fire in the wilderness cabin. Following desserts and coffee, we make our return to ICEHOTEL where the excursion ends.
Price: £240 per person
Skiiing in the Poikkijarvi woods
Comfortably seated in the snowmobile sled, the guide drives us the short distance across Torne river, towards the forest area around the village of Poikkijärvi. On arrival, strap your skis on and head into the forest. During the tour we refuel with hot dogs and coffee around a log fire. You may borrow the skis for the rest of the day.
Price: £75 per person
