Dining

The resort has a choice of four restaurants, including the fantastic Zagara and Amare. At Zagara, you'll enjoy inspiring Mediterranean cuisine, perfectly prepared from the freshest island produce by head chef Fulvio Pierangelini, matched with the finest Sicilian wines and served in a romantic candlelit setting. The resort's second restaurant, Amare, features a lively cooking station and relaxed atmosphere. Here you can enjoy fresh seafood, barbequed meats and the local speciality 'crudo', which has been enjoyed in Sicilian fishing villages for generations.

Facilities

Verdura is a world-class golf resort, with two 18-hole, links-style championship courses and a shorter nine-hole course, all designed by Kyle Phillips. The 570-acre site runs along the coastline and offers spectacular views and a truly breathtaking golf experience. If golf isn't your thing then the Verdura Tennis Academy welcomes players of all abilities to its six clay courts, and the pristine beaches and warm waters of the Med are the perfect playground to try your hand at waterskiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing and sailing under the guidance of qualified instructors. And if that all sounds like a bit too much like hard work, head to the resort's superb spa, set across 4,000 square metres and offering open-air thalassotherapy pools, an indoor lap pool, sauna, hammam and a range of massages and treatments.
