Barossa Valley
Today, continue your journey deeper into the winelands, setting your sights on the Barossa Valley. You also have the option of staying at The Louise, a luxury lodge among vineyards, a little further north. Outback at Rawnsley Park Station
It’s time to leave the mellow, gently undulating hills of the Barossa Valley behind as you drive on to the dusty plains of the Outback before arriving at Rawnsley Park Station in the Flinders Ranges. You’ll be staying close to some of South Australia’s most majestic landscapes – think jagged mountains, ancient gorges and towering cliffs, home to a rich variety of wildlife. These can be explored through a whole host of optional activities, from walking tours and mountain biking to 4WD adventures and helicopter flights. There’s also plenty of scope to unwind and enjoy authentic Australian cuisine amid the awe-inspiring nature of the Outback.

Adelaide
Head back down south to Adelaide, where you’ll drop off your hire car before checking into your city centre hotel. Whether you plan on sightseeing or simply taking it easy and leaning into the laid-back ambience, Adelaide is a city brimming with charm. It’s a foodie haven, too, so you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to fabulous venues for wining and dining.

Kangaroo Island
Today, you’ll be picked up for a tour from Adelaide to Cape Jervis, where you’ll board a ferry to Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island. En route you'll explore some hidden gems of the Fleurieu Peninsula, including the Ongaparinga River National Park and a wine tasting at one of McLaren Vale's wineries. On arrival, check into your eco-friendly boutique wilderness lodge, set within a 250-acre seafront estate with its own secluded beach in a cove with white sand, granite rocks and crystal clear water. Across a day and a half of touring with expert guides, you’ll experience the island’s natural splendour while keeping an eye out for wildlife, including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and dolphins, as well as a vast array of bird species. All of this is complemented by stylish accommodation and delicious, locally-inspired cuisine for a truly authentic and immersive stay.
