You’ll then drive along the coast to the coastal town of Kiama with sprawling vineyards close by, before a spectacular drive takes you to the striking Blue Mountain range, characterised by sandstone cliffs, eucalyptus trees and deep gorges. You'll explore extensive bushland trails and stay in an ultra-modern, all-inclusive lodge complete with spa, infinity pool and native forest surrounds. Day by day itinerary

Days 1-2
UK to Sydney

You'll begin your trip in style with included VIP airport lounge access before boarding your flight to Sydney, arriving on day 2.

Days 3-5
Sydney

On arrival in Sydney you’ll be transferred via chauffeur-driven limousine to your hotel, the Four Seasons Sydney. You'll stay in a harbour view room overlooking the shimmering Port Jackson, relaxing among rich mahogany wood, silk fabrics and in the bathroom, deep tubs and stunning contemporary decor. A gourmet included breakfast each day perfectly sets you up to explore the likes of Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, both of which lie on your doorstep. Take advantage of everything that this beach-framed city has to offer – perhaps with a stroll through The Rocks, a maze of historic lanes full of pubs, cafes and artisan markets with wonderful street food among them. Or perhaps spend an afternoon enjoying one of the most iconic walking trails in Sydney, the Bondi to Bronte coastal walk along sandstone cliffs, before exploring the city at night, from its opulent bars to gourmet restaurants.

Days 6-8
Jervis Bay

Today after a final breakfast at the Four Seasons, you’ll pick up your included rental car before driving to your luxury tented camp, the Paperbark Camp in Jervis Bay. You’ll stay above ground in a deluxe safari tent pitched among soaring trees, where a private wraparound deck, hardwood floors and solar-powered lighting ensure perfect harmony with the natural surroundings, with an open air en-suite ideal for spotting birds and even that Australian icon, the kangaroo. Spend days exploring the spectacular Jervis Bay area with its pristine beaches and award-winning national parks of paperbark forest – a pre-breakfast stroll is particularly noteworthy as you've got a good chance of spotting kangaroos. Or perhaps rent some bikes and explore the charming bayside town of Huskisson, or embark on the 'Paperbark Challenge' by canoeing there – be sure to stop for a picnic and swim on the white-sand Currambene Creek. And when you return, perhaps enjoy a massage in the hotel's luxury spa before a sundowner and an included gourmet dinner on the large veranda, where the bush, candlelight and perching possums serve as your tranquil setting for the evening.

Day 9
Kiama

Today, enjoy a picturesque one-hour drive along the coast to reach the charming town of Kiama and your hotel for this evening, the Sebel Harbourside Kiama. Rooms, in keeping with their coastal location, feel fresh and laid-back with open plan, contemporary interiors. Take advantage of the area's dramatic coastline and pristine beaches by walking all or part of the 22km Kiama Coast Walk, where winding paths offer miles of panoramic ocean views, and don't miss a visit to the famous Kiama Blowhole, which sprays gallons of water up to 25 metres in the air. Be sure to visit the town's bustling seaside and produce markets held monthly, selling intricate local arts and crafts and gourmet food and produce respectively. This is also a fantastic wine region – the Shoalhaven Coast is home to 15 vineyards. Head to the Crooked River Winery, a 10 minute drive from the hotel, for tastings among lush green winelands. Or perhaps just relax with a stroll among Kiama's historic terrace shops overlooking the pristine harbour, before enjoying al fresco tapas at the hotel's onsite bistro or in one of the town's many casual harbourside eateries.

Days 10-11
Blue Mountains

After breakfast overlooking the harbour you'll begin the spectacular journey to the rugged Blue Mountains. This ultra-scenic drive passes historic villages and hidden creeks, while winding roads hug blue eucalyptus forests and deep sandstone gorges. The Blue Mountains are home to an abundance of bushwalking trails as well as the iconic Three Sisters sandstone rock formation which lies an hour from your hotel, the luxury Spicers Sangoma Retreat. You'll stay in one of only 8 suites all constructed from natural materials; a perfect extension of their surrounds. Open plan, ultra-modern design combines with traditional African furnishings and natural fabrics, and stone tubs and wooden walls wonderfully offset the native forest that circles your glass-walled suite. And if you ever do want to leave your room, there's a sauna, spa and infinity pool in the main area. Enjoy long treks through the bush in the nearby national parks on foot, horse or bike, perhaps before returning to a massage in the luxury spa overlooking the pristine forest. And you'll enjoy it all alongside included meals, from bush picnic lunches and breakfast in your suite to dinner under the stars, using only fresh ingredients from the local gardens and surrounds.
