Kruger Shalati – Kruger National Park
As one of South Africa’s most famous national parks, Kruger provides prime game viewing opportunities in one of the country’s richest, most biodiverse regions. Indeed, with its favourable spot deep in wildlife territory, the next couple of days bring forth a one-of-a-kind adventure centred around twice-daily included game drives, allowing you the chance to go out in search of the rich wildlife of the area. Back at the hotel, an all-inclusive stay means a choice of restaurants, featuring everything from afternoon tea to world-class African cuisine. But, it’s not just the gastronomic delights which make for an inclusive stay. On the bridge, high above the riverbank lies an overhanging pool, inviting you to impossibly scenic panoramas of the divine wilderness, a perfect spot to relish a quiet moment with a glass of wine and enjoy thirsty animals meandering down to the flowing river just metres below. Drawing the likes of hippos, crocodiles, and of course the Big Five, if you’re lucky you may even hear the howls of wildlife passing underneath the bridge after sunset and into the night.
