Accommodation

Everything is faultlessly fresh, from the fruits and just-squeezed juices to the made-to-order waffles and indulgent baked goodies; the oh-so-gooey custard tarts are a special delight. However, it’s the resort’s signature Emo Restaurant that really stands out, with inventive, degustation menus paired with some 350 sommelier-curated wines. For something more relaxed, take an afternoon tea or Portuguese tapas bite with the golf views before heading poolside for a gourmet snack and something bubbly from the champagne cabana. This being Portugal, there’s also a superb seafood restaurant where the chef cooks up the catch of the day in the show kitchen.
