Location 

The Inn at Laurel Point enjoys a convenient central location, situated right on the Victoria waterfront, at the edge of an extensive pathway system which offers a 5-minute walk to the attractions of the city’s downtown area and 10 minutes to the popular Fisherman’s Wharf. Known as 'The Garden City' Victoria is the capital city of British Columbia and is known for its attractive shoreline and mild climate. Victoria International Airport is half an hour’s drive away and a shuttle service to and from the hotel can be arranged.

Accommodation 

The Inn contains 200 rooms and suites, with the best of its accommodation to be found in the newer Erickson Wing. Spacious and modern, Erickson studios and suites are notable for their fantastic views, private balconies or terraces, exclusive Canadian art, and ultra-luxurious bathrooms with deep soaker tubs. At the top of the range, Mayr’s Suite includes a double Jacuzzi tub, spiral staircase, and a 360-degree wraparound furnished terrace with sunrise and sunset views of the Victoria skyline and harbour.

Dining 

The hotel’s waterfront AURA restaurant includes an outdoor patio which can seat up to 60 diners in the warmer months and is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. The restaurant prioritises organic and local ingredients, including Vancouver Island beef, British Columbia salmon, and herbs from its own garden. Menus include an expanding range of vegetarian and gluten-free options. There is also a lounge area within the restaurant and a bar serving drinks that include beers and ciders from local microbreweries. In-room dining is available and an abundance of top-class Victoria restaurants sit within a short walk from the hotel.

Facilities 

The Inn contains a bright, glass-encased indoor pool with a sundeck just outside within the adjacent Japanese gardens. The hotel sits on the city’s seawall path, which provides a convenient route for strolling or jogging, and the staff can supply a handy local route map. You can also rent bikes from the hotel between 6am and 9pm and explore the neighbourhood and the city on two wheels. Back indoors there is a fitness centre available for guests or you can just relax and enjoy a range of spa treatments in the sanctuary of your own hotel room.
