Location

Sheraton Steamboat Resort is a mountain resort in Steamboat Springs, Northwest Colorado, in the Yampa Valley. Just three hours from Denver, this is a good stopover point from Rock Springs/Teton to break up your journey to Rocky Mountains National Park. Travellers have visited Steamboat Springs since the early 1900s to enjoy its fishing and hunting opportunities, as well as the natural hot springs, but now the area is renowned for its excellent skiing facilities.

Accommodation

All 264 rooms and suites on offer at the Steamboat Resort feature the celebrated Sheraton Sweet SleeperTM beds and all have private furnished balconies with views over valley or village, flat screen TVs, refrigerators, tea and coffee making facilities and high-speed internet access. Some rooms are decorated in a more traditional style while others are more contemporary. The well-appointed mountain suites with one, two or three bedrooms offer spacious living areas, washer and dryer closet, 300-thread-count linens and luxurious bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and rainforest showers. If you need more space, the Village Inn Condos are decorated in a rustic Colorado style, and have fully equipped kitchens and dining areas in addition to the living and sleeping spaces.

Dining

As you would expect from a resort hotel, there are several eating options with 5 restaurants and cafes onsite though some are only open seasonally. The Sevens Bar & Grill is open daily for breakfast and dinner (winter only), with large windows supplying magnificent views of Mount Werner. Saddles is a lively bar & grill where locals and guests gather to enjoy speciality cocktails and casual lunches and dinners. Open all year round, there is a wonderful outdoor deck with firepit and a games room making it a very sociable destination. A café and two other restaurants (one open summer only, the other winter only) complete the dining selection.

Facilities

The Sheraton Steamboat Resort is the perfect winter or summer getaway. Four spa tubs are on site along with an outdoor pool. Other recreational amenities include ski-in/ski-out access, a health club, and a sauna. For active guests there is excellent biking and hiking for all levels throughout Mt Werner and a driving range and 18-hole golf course at Rollingstone Ranch.
