Accommodation

Rooms at Strand Hotel Fevik are split between the bright and modern Historic section and the New Building; decorated in a classic New England style. Apartment rooms feature a separate bedroom, small kitchen and private bathroom, located in the newer part of the hotel and sleep up to five people. Upgrade to an 'Apartment Overlooking' for views across the beach and Fevik wedge, two separate bedrooms and a kitchenette. For a true sense of luxury, the Eikeli Suite commands magical views from the roof terrace, with all the features of Apartments including a dining area. For smaller parties, Double and Single rooms are also available.

Dining

Located in the ballroom with beautiful views across the sea, Restaurant Neptune practises a philosophy of sumptuous dishes created from local produce and with regional influences. An a la carte menu changes seasonally; perhaps sample the soy marinated salmon with avocado cream and rye bread chips to start, followed by crispy monkfish fillet with smoked carrot puree, green lentils with bacon and white wine sauce, topped off with homemade cloudberry ice cream with watermelon soup- if you have room.

Facilities

Guests are invited to make use of the hotel facilities, including a modern wellness centre with outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Strand Hotel Fevik is also one of only hotels to offer guests a private sandy beach and here commands a beautiful archipelago frame. Other hotel activities include beach volleyball, sea fishing, diving, boating and tours in the archipelago.
