Rochester is a lovely city with abundant parklands and fine museums. With a strong industrial past rooted in the milling industries built around the Genesee River's High Falls, one of the most popular attractions is an excursion around the falls, with a visit to the art gallery and a local history display.  Another popular attraction is the very interactive Strong National Museum of Play and George Eastman House, dedicated the eccentric founder of the city's Eastman Kodak Company.
