Location
Found in the village of Puligny-Montrachet in the Côte-d'Or region of Burgundy, with the name coming from the Grand Cru vineyard, COMO Le Montrachet is spread over three historic buildings all surrounding the village square in an idyllic location only steps away from the famous vineyards. For oenophiles and wine connoisseurs, in addition to Montrachet, one of the most renowned vineyards in the world, four Grand Cru vineyards and seventeen Premier Cru vineyards lie close to the hotel as well as the villages of Chassagne-Montrachet, Meursault, Volnay and Pommard.
Accommodation
COMO Le Montrachet has 30 rooms and suites decorated with accents of blue, green and grey with names in reference to the traditional French village, most with views of the village square of Puligny Montrachet.
Dining
Whatever your dining preferences, you’ll be well looked after at COMO Le Montrachet. For a sumptuous fine-dining experience, head to the Michelin-starred La Montrachet where the Chef’s menu combines the freshest local and organic produce with refined French dishes, including Charolais beef, pike-perch from the Saône or the chef's year-round specialty, pigeon en croute. The menus change with every season to match local producers' best offerings.
Facilities
The hotel’s own sommelier, André Berthier, is available to take guests on private wine tastings and trips to local wineries. Guests can also enjoy wine tasting workshops where they will visit a vineyard to learn about the vines and enjoy wine samplings in the vineyards with the sommelier or vintner.
