Hotel Ullensvang features 172 Guestrooms and 20 Deluxe Suites, including Junior Suites with separate bedrooms and salon areas, and a Family Suite with two bedrooms and a den. All rooms include satellite television, internet access, radio and standard amenities. Most boast private balconies with mountain, Fjord or orchard views, and rooms on the north end of the property command Hardangerfjord views.

Dining

The Buffet Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner all with an emphasis on home-made food. Menu items consist of seafood, hot and cold meats, salads, local dishes, rich cakes and a selection of desserts. Alternatively, an intimate atmosphere combined with Norwegian and international food with Italian influences is offered by restaurant Zanoni a la carte restaurant, or the lobby bar offers light meals as well as a variety of coffees.
