Location
Situated just a few minutes from the delightful Adriatic town of Otranto and an hour from Brindisi airport, the Baglioni Masseria Muzza is an idyllic destination and the ideal base for exploring the stunning scenery of the Lecce area. From the olive groves to the breathtaking sunsets to the sand dunes rising from a crystalline sea, the beauty of it all is mesmerising.
Accommodation
The heart of the masseria is the 17th-century building. Its 40 rooms and suites in whitewashed limestone and exposed masonry exude an essential elegance, enhanced by the tasteful furnishings in classic Puglia style. Enveloped in leafy landscapes, the welcoming rooms vaunt a full range of comforts including private spaces like verandas, some with views of Alimini Piccolo Lake.
Dining
Each of the masseria’s three restaurants follow the seasons. Breakfast and lunches are served in Mirto Restaurant, while the evening offers the choice of gourmet dining at Le Site, or sunset aperitifs and typical Salentine dishes at la Limonata. The cusine reflects local traditions, and offers typical Apulian dishes, with fruit and vegetables locally sourced, and fresh fish from the Salento Sea.
Facilities
Located near Puglia's finest beaches, from the Bay of Turks to the beaches of Alimini, combining fine white sand, turquoise waters and wild nature. The Masseria has a large adults-only swimming pool set amongst olive trees, and a smaller pool where you can enjoy lunches and aperitifs by the pool, plus a wellness centre offering Spa treatments, meditation and massages
