Location
Tucked away in the 27,000-hectare private Kulala Wilderness Reserve, Little Kulala offers guests unmatched desert luxury in the heart of the Namib Desert and within close proximity to the red dunes of Sossuvlei. The camp is easily accessed via self-drive and fly-in from Windhoek Airport.
Accommodation
This exclusive desert retreat consists of a collection of climate-controlled luxury cottages, which merge into the surrounding landscapes and offer the likes of private plunge pools, indoor and outdoor showers and romantic rooftop star beds.
Dining
Dining can be enjoyed both indoor and outdoor individually, with starry meals under the boma frequently enjoyed. A breakfast buffet offering freshly baked breads, cold meats and cheeses, cereals and cooked breakfasts made to order is offered before morning activities. Lunch is usually a two-course set menu and a three-course plated dinner.
Facilities
At the lodge’s main area guests will find a refreshing pool, a craft boutique, a library, a wine cellar and a dining room. Each day, a host of activities including game drives, guided walks, quad biking and hot air ballooning afford the chance to explore some of Namibia’s most breathtaking landscapes, including nearby Dead Vlei.
