Location
Located on the edge of downtown Cape Town, the historic Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel is located approximately 25 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and 3k from Cape Town railway station. The area is a wonderfully quiet oasis in the city, and you'd be forgiven for not realising that an array of city attractions and cultural activities are close by. The V&A waterfront a mere 15 minute journey by car. Also close by is the Museum Mile, home to South Africa’s best museums, art galleries and monuments and the vibrant areas of Kloof and Long Streets, renowned for lively restaurants, markets and bars.
