Location
Part of the Mushara Collection of exquisite establishments, Mushara Outpost is situated 10km from the Von Lindequist Gate of the world-famous Etosha National Park. Located 530km from Windhoek airport, Mushara can be accessed by road on a self-drive holiday or via chartered or private air transfers.
Accommodation
The lodge’s accommodation houses 16 people in eight tent-like wood and canvas structures raised 1.5m above the ground, with glass sliding doors, air conditioning, open plan bathrooms, mini bars and mosquito nets.
Dining
Dining is often a mixture of group dining and individual tables, with breakfast offering a selection of cold buffet items, followed by cooked breakfast made to order. Lunch is usually an à la carte menu, and dinner a set three-course plated menu.
Facilities
Much of the activities at Mushara Outpost focus upon its natural surroundings, with game drives into Etosha National Park either on a guided safari drive or a self-drive safari. Facilities at the lodge include an open-air swimming pool and a curio shop.
